Our client is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their team in this excellent family-run Spanish Cuisine Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Focusing on fresh Small Plates bringing authentic Spanish flavours, this popular restaurant has been a favourite of diners across the Milton Keynes area. The Chef Patron with an experience of working in Michelin Star restaurants brings creative dishes to the forefront of his menu and a touch of class.

The Restaurant is open Tuesday – Sunday (Sunday closes at 3pm)

The Role:

We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Sous Chef you must communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.

Your Experience will ideally consist of:

• 3yrs + at CDP level in a Fresh Food environment
• Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude
• Must have experience working in a busy restaurant
• Have good communication skills
• Be guest focused and be passionate about food
• Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends
