Our client is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their team at this excellent high-end food Restaurant.
This award-winning restaurant famous for their steaks counter serving locally raised Bedfordshire Beef and an A la Carte Menu inspired by classic dishes from their culinary past recreated to a unique modern style. The restaurant is part of a 16 en-suite bedroom hotel and an in-progress extension to add 40 extra covers and hold small events which will be completed in the spring. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.
The Role:
We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Chef de Patie you must communicate well with others, carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.
