Our client is a modern and trendy 4* hotel, 5 minutes from the town centre of Winchester, they are looking for a Spa Therapist to join their talented Spa Team.

Key responsibilities of a Spa / Beauty Therapist include:

• Provide guests with the relaxed ambience to deliver memorable experiences.
• Ensure high standards are delivered and maintained through every interaction.
• Provide guests with the warmest hospitality ensuring they want to return.
• Generate and support team customer sales initiatives to deliver targets.
• Provide personalised recommendations on treatments and products wherever possible to enhance the guest experience.
• Actively promote the venue at every opportunity
• Talk with passion and enthusiasm, easy to have a conversation with, happy to contribute, engages others around them

The Ideal Spa / Beauty Therapist must have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3
• Experience in additional treatments such as gel nails, hot stone etc would be advantageous
