Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their skilled team of chefs at this recently refurbished beautiful Country Pub Restaurant in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. 

Working closely with the Head Chef you will run your own section to ensure the high quality of food and service standards are maintained.

This popular Country Pub boasts 12 tastefully decorated bedrooms and large dining space, which offers fresh high-end Country Pub classic food dishes, daily specials, breakfasts and hosting of events.  

The Role:
We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Chef De Partie you must communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.

Your Experience:

• 2+ yrs in a fresh food A la Carte kitchen operation
• Have good communication skills
• Be guest focused, be passionate about food
• Experience of events and banqueting is advantageous.
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• Have own transport due to location.
• Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends
