My client is a luxury 5 Star Resort Hotel based in County Durham. I am recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join their amazing brigade. The Hotels Fine Dining Restaurant holds 3 AA Rosettes. This role is perfect for a Chef who has a passion for cooking at the highest level and with proven experience in delivering a high-quality food offering, ideally at rosette standard.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As Chef de Partie you will be running and mastering your own section of the kitchen, consistently producing dishes that meets the 3AA Rosette Level. You must be able to work well under pressure supporting the Exec Chef and Sous Chef in all dynamics of the kitchen.

Your Experience:

• 3+ yrs in a fresh food or fine dining kitchen operation
• Experience of working in a 2 or 3 Rosette kitchen
• Have own transport due to location.
• Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude
• Have good communication skills
• Be guest focused, be passionate about food
• Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends
